Socially Conscious Investing.
Exchanging money requires trust. We hope if you’re on this page that we’ve earned yours, at least partly. We also hope if you’re on this page, you’re here for good reasons. You know you could make more money investing elsewhere, but you’re here because you want to see more equitable access to capital, to income generating assets, and affordable housing to folks who don’t have access.

When you invest you’re contributing directly toward getting homes built. You’re paying for permits, for lumber, for operating costs for all the things that go into building a Coram House.

The cost of a Coram House is around $90,000 (construction prices are always in flux). You might invest $100. Someone else $50, and another $2500, and so on until we reach 90K.
At that point, we are able to offer a homeowner an ADU at no cost to them, build it, and rent it out.
We take the rent that comes in and send you a portion of based on what you invested.
After 3 to 5 years, we exit through a refinance and you get your initial investment back with interest.

We are offering an interest rate of around 8% APY (annual percentage yield)
That’s 38 times higher than the national average savings account.
You’re helping provide housing and and equity, and hopefully that counts for a lot.
