The Jackson

“A place to see & be seen.”

“The Jackson” is our two-story, 760 square foot model with two bedrooms, and one-and-a-half bath, inspired by Creole Colonial architecture. It’s a modern take on the “shotgun” houses popular in New Orleans. This style prioritizes natural cross-ventilation, lots of windows for natural lighting, and multiple porch spaces. It has its roots in Afro-Caribbean communal living and invites you to step outside, breathe in the goodness around you, and say “hello” to your neighbors.
