The Gerard
“A place to be.”
This is our smallest design, a 192 square-foot tiny studio with one loft bedroom and one bathroom. We created this model intending it to be a place of peace and rest. A place to simply be, to balance the busyness of life in community with the solitude needed for rest and recovery. This is another one of our “shotgun” styles homes with roots in Afro-Caribbean architecture.
